Buffalo Chicken

  1. 1 pack of frozen or thawed chicken breast
  2. 1 envelope Ranch Dip packet
  3. 1 bottle buffalo sauce


  1. Put chicken into crockpot
  2. Top chicken with Ranch Dip packet and ¾ of the buffalo sauce packet
  3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours
  4. Pull the chicken
  5. Cook for another hour adding more sauce if needed


First of all, this recipe only calls for three ingredients, so it’s already one of my favorites. Add in the fact that it requires almost no preparation or skill in the kitchen and it could almost taste like garbage and I would still love it. However, this chicken is amazing! It was just the perfect level of spicy where I was able to appreciate the spice, without reaching for a glass of milk to save my mouth. Side note, milk is supposed to be the best at helping dilute spicy food. I could eat it by the bucketful it was so delicious. By combining its tastiness with the fact that it took almost nothing to make and this recipe became a big winner in my mind.
