Hi Everyone,

The NEHS Book Drive leaders are grateful to those who have contributed books for Cunningham Park’s summer program and for Kids In Distress, (K.I.D.S), a school to help educate street children in Vietnam.

Yet we need your help in collecting MORE books for the book drive. “DONATE FOR DONUTS” is our slogan for this competition from April 1-15.

NEHS Book Drive leaders, Kaitlin and Amelia and their friends will place a box or bag in each 3^rd period classroom before April 1^st. Our Morning Announcements will ask your 3^rd period students to contribute some books from April 1- April 15^th, the last day of our drive.

To motivate students, we are offering YUMMY DONUTS to the 3^rd period classroom students (and their teacher) who collect the MOST books.

(If you do not wish to have your 3^rd period class participate, please let me know, and I will advise the NEHS leaders who are preparing our colorful boxes.)

We really want to make this Book Drive a Langley Success Story, so please help!!!
