Chris Roman –– Online Executive Editor

Hey guys, my name is Chris Roman and I’m the Online Executive Editor for the Saxon Scope. When not working on journalism during 6th period, I can usually be found working on journalism during Saxon Time, or talking to Morgan…I mean working on journalism… during 5th period. Oh and I also like to work on journalism after school. After two english classes and two journalism classes in Room 114 over three years, I can pretty definitively say I’ve spent more time in that cramped room than in my own house. My favorite journalism memories are of watching the online portion of The Saxon Scope grow (especially thanks to our great online editors,) while also watching certain people on staff refine their Dolphin Olympics skills. I can’t wait for college but I will definitely miss journalism and everyone in it. 13 issues down, 17 to go. MLIJ
